This is my latest animation project for DR2 (Danish Radio Channel 2) Its made in a collaboration with Mikkel Aabenhuus who did all the technical magic. I did the character design and animation in two weeks and it was fun/challenging to do everything so fast.

I spend a couple of lovely days in a waiting position in the Greenpeace warehouse in Hamburg last week. The warehouse is located in a industrial harbour area and it was quite inspiring to sit on the roof of the building and draw. In the day, it looked old and crumbling and in the night, it look like something taken directly out of Blade Runner.

Got caught by this one for nearly two hours. I'm still struggling with all aspects of doing these painting, so I'll keep pushing on. I hope that there will never come a day where I'm completely satisfied with the work that I have done, because that just means that I'm blind for my own mistakes.

Im still trying to keep up with some one hour speed paintings, based on etchings from the Doré bible. 

Its been some time since I last time posted, so I have goon through my sketchbook and picked out the most interesting pages. Hope that you find it interesting as well.
